The number of websites you can host inside your web hosting account is depentant upon the package you are on. See above for a breakdown of package allowances. If you want to host more websites without upgrading your package you can do this too! There is a £10.00 + VAT annual charge to host each additional website in your account. If you are hosting more than 5 websites in your account it would probably make sense to upgrade to Reseller cPanel Hosting.
Yes! We provide backups using JetBackup, this gives you complete control of your customers backups. We store 31 days of backups of each cPanel account, including files, databases, emails and DNS records. We store backups both on and off-site for maximum peace of mind!

Once you have reached the storage limit for our 100GB plan you can add more storage in 10GB increments for £8.00 + VAT per month.

We activate your hosting account automatically upon receipt of payment. Login and server details are emailed to the email you registered with. If you need any help at all getting started you can call us and we can help with every step of the process!
You can access email accounts hosted inside your cPanel account using either webmail or by connecting an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or your phone's email software to our servers. We allow access using IMAP and POP. We recommend using IMAP as this means your inbox, sent items and all of your other folders synchronise between your different devices and our webmail service.
If you currently have one or more websites hosted on cPanel then migrations are completely free! If you use any other control panel there may be a small charge per website for migration. Please contact us for more information.
If your email accounts are currently hosted on cPanel with your website then your email accounts get migrated along with your website free of charge! If you use any other control panel or have emails hosted on a seperate service to your website there is a £15.00 + VAT charge per mailbox as we have to migrate the email accounts manually.
